2019/20 Stateline Generals Player Acceptance

Congratulations on receiving a 2019/20 Stateline General's offer!

 

STATELINE GENERALS COMMITMENT AND REGISTRATION

 

Stateline Generals of Stateline Sports Group Inc. will be referred to as (SG/SSG).

During the registration session, we will ask you to fill out contact, medical and payment information required for your son to play in the Stateline Generals Program.  Please read through each page carefully before entering your information.  Once complete, it will require you to make your first payment including a $250 non-refundable commitment fee, to guarantee your spot.  

 

We break a player’s financial commitment into three categories: 

 

  • Player Base - includes your indoor membership, team insurance, coach’s base compensation, administrative cost and diamond time.

 

  • Indoor Usage - includes program training and indoor practice time.

 

  • Tournament Expense - includes tournament related cost such as entry fees, parking, gate fees, coach travel expenses, and coaching game pay.

 

Generals Teams (AAA/B - level)

 

  • $1,050 per player 
  • Player fees/expenses cover approximately 6 tournaments.  Additional tournaments will require fundraising.

 

**  Tournament expenses are estimates based on 2019 average tournament cost and are not a guaranteed number of tournaments. Teams must fundraise to help offset additional tournament expenses.

 

Family Fundraiser: Besides your registration fee, there is a mandatory $200 (per family) program fundraiser.  Each family will receive thirty, $10 raffle tickets that when sold recoup the $200 fundraising fee and provide $100 towards reducing your player fees.  Additional tickets are available at no cost with 100% of the funds going towards your out-of-pocket cost. Tickets will become available on August 15, 2019. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Option One - ​​pay in full my 2020 player fees (including the $200 family fundraiser) and receive a $50 player discount.

 

Option Two - to ease the financial burden we offer several extended monthly payment options.

  • Pay the $250 commitment fee at the time of registration to accept your General's offer.  
  • Choose between a three, six, or a nine-month extended payment plan for the balance of your player fee’s and $200 program fundraiser.

ALL payment plans must be up as a recurring credit card or ACH transaction.  Select and set up a recurring payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account, or charged to your Visa, MasterCard, for a nominal fee of $15/month plus processing fees.

 

If you have already paid the $250 commitment fee, answer yes during the registration when prompted. It will provide a discount code which will deduct the $250 from your total fees before you set up your payment plan. There is a $1 processing fee in the total.
